Grading Location All of our gradings are held at Bristol Academy - the Headquarters of the TAGB
Syllabus
We teach a carefully structured training programme, designed to introduce new techniques at regular intervals. Students then practice techniques, before taking a grading examination to demonstrate their skills. After successfully demonstrating skills at the appropriate level, students are awarded a coloured belt to show their grade. Details of the syllabus for each grade can be found by clicking on the appropriate belt below.
Theory
At each grading you will be asked some theory questions. Allof the theory you need can be found in your Blue Handbook, so please make sure you read these. Examples of questions you may be asked can be found here.
